Admissions Policy

Landmark Christian Online Academy provides quality online education.  We strive to maintain a relationship between academic excellence and the dynamics of Christian Life, with the highest quality of educational materials, grounded in Christian values and beliefs.

 

Landmark Christian Online Academy is not homeschooling.  We are a private Christian school based in Virginia that offers online, teacher supported classes.  Our tuition includes everything a student needs to complete a high school diploma, all curriculum, teacher supported classes, record keeping, etc...

 

Full-time students become a part of our private Christian school.  We are responsible for maintaining all student records, as well as provide a written quarterly report card, evaluations, transcripts, and a diploma upon graduation.

 

All students enrolled are considered PRIVATE SCHOOL STUDENTS.  The following documents are required:

Birth certificate

Immunization records

Previous school records

IEP (if your child has one)

Contract agreements and release of record forms

Passport photo for student file

 

 

Requirement Check List

Before a student is officially registered, all required documentation, and a signed and notarized contract agreement must be received at the registration office.  Registration is NOT complete until all documents and registration fee have been received in our office.

_____  Copy of student's health records (out of state students)

_____  Virginia Certification of Immunization from the Department of Health

_____  Copy of report card - identifying passing to the next grade (4th - 8th grade)

_____  Copy of transcripts - 9th - 12th grade

_____  Copy of IEP (if student has one)

_____  Registration Form

_____  Registration Payment

_____  Signed and Notarized Contract Agreement

_____  Signed Records Release

_____  Signed Student Agreement Form

_____  Signed Payment Agreement

_____  Passport photo or a current photo of student for the file

Fees & Tuition

Registration Fee - $75.00 per student (Must accompany application)

Testing Fee - $100.00 per student due by March 5th

Tuition - 1st child Paid In Full by September 1 $1,900.00

               2nd child Paid In Full by September 1 $1,650.00

               3rd & more children Paid In Full by September 1 $1,400.00

 

               1st child - 10 month pay $200 each month

               2nd child - 10 month pay $175 each month

               3rd & more children - 10 month pay $150 each month
